Charly Price
began his musical career as the drummer for the San Francisco psychedelic rock band Cellar Window (1967–1969). In 1968, he took up the guitar and began writing his own songs. In 1969, Charly embarked on a solo career as a singer-songwriter, which continued until 1976, when he formed the Americana band Charly Price and the Car Drivers in Pollock Pines, California. The band remained together until 1986. Charly then formed a duo with Utah State Fiddle Champion “Fingers.” In 1990 Charly moved to Nevada City, California, where he continued his solo career. More recently, he teamed up with Rebecca Wilson forming Two at the Wheel.
Rebecca Wilson
(aka Washboard Becky) began her musical journey in Junior High School playing devotional music on guitar for weekly school and church events. From 2016-2020 She played the washboard, tub bass and banjolele with The Porch Benders (A Folksie/Americana band) in Tehachapi, California. And, upon moving to Nevada City in September of 2022, she continues to play the banjolele and washboard with The Boho Orchestra (aka Ho's with Bows), A band consisting of nine amazing women! She recently teamed up with Charly Price forming Two at the Wheel and most recently with the Zideco band Terra Bonne where she plays the frottoir.
